A very fine quality large silver ornamental chalice / centrepiece with a deep sided bowl set above a multi knopped stem leading to a flaring domed collet foot. Four ornate scrolled decorative arms are applied to the knopped stem and the bowl rim has a moulded egg and dart border, replicated in a band around the foot. Hallmarked for Sheffield 1935, makers Lee & Wigfull (Henry Wigfull).
It measures 24.2cm (9 1/2'') high and 17.1cm (6 3/4'') wide and weighs 664g / 21.3ozt / 23.4oz.
In super condition with no damage or dents, no repairs and very minimal handling wear.
