Edwardian Pine 2 Drawer Writing Table with Leather Insert

1900 - 1920
Description

This Edwardian pine writing table/desk features two deep drawers, each adorned with two brass drop handles. The top has a green leather writing surface insert, complemented by slender turned legs with castors at the bottom.

In very good condition for its age, the leather insert shows slight blemishes but remains free of tears or cuts. The desk is currently in bare wood and is available for purchase as is for £400, or for £467 if you would like it waxed.

It offers ample knee room for taller individuals, with a leg room clearance (floor to underside of the table) of 25 inches.
