Penderyn Antiques has dated this piece to the Edwardian era.
The antique pedestal desk top is raised on twin pedestals either side of the kneehole, forming an arrangement of six graduating drawers, each with brass drop handles. A great example.

CONDITION REPORT:
In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and scratches to the sides, top and front. There is some splitting to the back (pictured) as well as some loss (pictured), however this does not affect the integrity of the piece. To the leather top, there is some staining and loss (pictured). To each drawer, there is a maker’s mark “E. BARKER MAKER Wolverhampton”.
