Here we are pleased to offer you this Antique walnut kneehole that was made in the 19th Century.

Kneeholes were originally made as dressing tables but due to their style and appealing design they soon became used in many prominent parts of the home.

This example has the inlaid starburst in the central cupboard door. The door hung on the lovely H brass hinges. Above the cupboard door is the small concealed secret drawer.

The full width drawer under the top and a further 3 graduated drawers each side of the kneehole.

The top of the kneehole has the lovely feature of the indent corners, a good crossbanding and this has line inlay bordering it. The drawers have the same matching crossbanding and inlay and are also fitted the heavy quality brass plate handles.
