A wonderful set of four antique Edwardian sterling silver menu/place card holders which have been designed in the form of game birds depicting a pheasant, snipe, partridge and grouse. Each of the cast silver birds with gem set eyes sits neatly on a pink enamelled cylindrical plinth with a section at the rear to house the card. The plinths then rest on a round silver gilt base which completes the overall design. These silver and enamel menu holders would make an interesting addition to a collection and remain in excellent condition. They come with a display box.
