A lovely brass desk or table lamp dating from the early to mid 20th Century. It has a traditional frilled green glass shade which sits on a frame over the bulb holder with a brass finial. It is a stylish piece with a heavy brass base.
The lamp is PAT Tested and is in working order. It has been rewired to modern standards and takes a bayonet bulb (bulb not included with lamp).
It is in good condition. The brass has tarnished over time and there are some signs of age and use and some surface marks here and there but overall it displays very well. There are a few small nibbles around the edge of the glass shade but no major damages. It has been lightly cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
