A pair of hand coloured mezzotints on laid paper, from The Seasons. ‘Summer’ and ‘Autumn'' in fine condition extensively hand coloured with watercolour and gouache, in period 18th century frames. The mezzotints with original colouring which remains remarkably bright and vivid.
Both inscribed ‘Printed for Carington Bowles, next the Chapter Hfse in St Pauls Churchyard London.''
