This is an absolutely superb top quality matching antique Victorian solid silver gilt jug and bowl with swing handle and decorated with birds.
The bowl measures 6'' (15 cms) across x 4'' (10 cms) deep x 4 3/4'' (12 cms) high to the rim and the jug is 4 3/4'' (12 cms) across from handle to spout x 2 1/4'' (6 cms) deep x 5 1/4'' (14 cms) high to the rim.
They have matching hallmarks for London 1875 with the silversmiths mark for Frederick Elkington.
They are in excellent condition (any marks you can see are just reflections) and weigh 436 grams / 14 troy oz the pair.
There are no inscriptions or monograms and this beautiful set will come with a certificate of authenticity .
