The Fancy Fox has dated this piece to the 18th Century.
Finished with maroon brown rims. Unmarked, c.1760.

The tea bowl measures 8cm (3 1/8") wide and 5.1cm (2") high and the saucer is 12.3cm (4 7/8") wide.
In excellent condition with no damage, repair or restoration and light handling wear: the enamel on the leaves of the three small sprigs in the centre of the saucer has had some losses and there is some rubbing to the enamel of the main pink rose along the high points of the fluting. Minimal wear to the enamel on the tea bowl and the rims show very little wear also. The foot rims of both have been ground smooth during manufacture.
