The border is of the meandering vine design. The rug has excellent colour with a warm madder red along with indigo blue and aubergine. Good complete long kilim ends with chevron design decorated with a band of weft work.The rug is in fair condition with wear, heavy in places as can be seen in the images, there are also some historic old repairs.The rug is suitable for light domestic use.
