Rare 18th.c. Welsh oak dairy dresser c.1760. Of typically rudimentary form and simple construction. Open rack with three shelves of graduated depth (note the tapering sides) with a raised moulding at the front edge to hold plates. Over an unusually shallow base, just 11" front to back. Good early oak timbers with particularly nice colour and patina. Previous repairs to sides of the cornice. Very good condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
