Antique Regency Mahogany Secretaire Bookcase C1820

Antique Regency Mahogany Secretaire Bookcase and dating from around 1820. Co strutted from quality mahogany it has a moulded cornice top with cross banded frieze above two arched panelled astragal glazed doors with working key and with three fully adjustable internal shelves. To the base with moulded edge to the top above a fold down drawer front which reveals a secretaire interior with three small drawers either side of five pigeon holes and above an open compartment and with a faux leather writing surface. This is above three graduating drawers all, of which are mahogany lined with brass handles. It is raised on bracket feet and separates for ease of transporting.

MEASURES:84” HIGH TO TOP X 40” HIGH TO BASE X 28” HIGH TO WRITING SURFACE. IT IS 19” DEEP X43.5” WIDE
