Denner, Henley-on-thames Fusee Wall Clock

Description

A quality drop dial fusee wall clock. Good colour to the flame mahogany case with the original side carvings. Brass inlay to the recessed base panel. A cast brass bezel surround to the 12" painted dial signed 'DENNER HENLEY ON THAMES'' with blued steel 'moon' hands. A side door and an opening bottom door. An 8-day duration timepiece fusee mechanism. Circa 1860.

Height 19" / 49 cms Width 14" / 37 cms Depth 5" / 13 cms.
