Fine early Chinese Export Hand Painted Blue and White Porcelain Mug or Beer Tankard, superbly decorated depicting a continuous view of flowers and foliage in underglaze varying shades of blues, last quarter of the Eighteenth Century. Qing Dynasty. Applied decorative moulded Dragon handle.
Together with a very rare child''s mug of similar quality, but in our opinion this piece dates to the early Eighteenth Century.
Condition: Good condition for such early pieces, small area of old discolouration inside the large mug in two areas, don''t know why, no evidence of restoration as outside allover including handles are perfect.
