Two Gothic Revival Extra Large Candlesticks Untouched

Description

Victorian Gothic revival brass candlesticks in original patinated condition, never been polished very rare indeed, with a degree of natural verdigris colouration, this pair are probably one of a kind as you find that nearly all have been highly polished. Large galleried platforms stand on twisted columns which are supported with a large swept foot each with stylised Lion paw feet supporting the stick, the pair of sticks come with a brass cross & bell shaped snuff from the same period.

Sizes 63 cm tall & 46 cm tall top gallery 18cm across.
