A wonderfully proportioned two part bookcase or display cabinet in mahogany showing a beautiful patina and dating from 1840/1850. The top section with three adjustable shelves behind two glazed cabinet doors. The bottom cupboard section has two panelled doors with a single fixed shelf. The brass sliding door bolts and the working locks with keys to both sections are original. All raised on shaped bracket feet. The back of this cabinet is original as well.
Very good condition with only minor historic marks and wear. There are no splits to the wood. This cabinet is in parts for ease of shipping.
