Edwardian 9ct solid gold vesta match case with a hinged lid enclosing a storage area for matches to the inside and ribbed edge to the underside for striking said matches, this is a wonderful example of understated elegance of years gone by.

Free from an engraved monogram or name so would make an excellent gift.

Made by Ramsden & Carr and fully assayed for London, 1907
