A Pair of 19th Century Cut Glass Vases and Covers.
Each with a diamond facet finial, over the bell shaped body, decorated with a band of diamond cutting, and thence slice cut panels spreading to the finely fluted rim. The covers fitting within the rims of the vase, the bodies likewise with diamond cut decoration, as the vases taper to a ring socle, and thence slice cut panels falling to meet the stepped plinth bases.
Date circa 1830.
