Description

This is a very large Norwegian silver and enamel butterfly brooch. Marked to the reverse which is silver gilt, Nils M Elvik Oslo, early 20th century, 1853-1935

The colours are wonderful.

Condition, there are two small areas of damage, which is reflected in the price. Small bruise to the top left hand wing and another area on the top right hand wing. It is still a wonderful statement piece.
