The pair is crafted in the most wonderful naturalistic syle with a lifelike cast-silver design of tree trunks or possibly coral and its intricacy is magnificent indeed. In spite of its age, it has been kept in very good order with exceptional details and crisp decorations remaining. The cast branches have been meticulously cast and then stippled to present a realistic effect. Furthermore, practicality has been carefully considered within its scope of aesthetics and design so that they both sit flat on a table and provide two branch stems which allows for the knife and fork to rest on.
