Warren Williams was born in 1860 and died in 1941. He lived in Conwy, North Wales. He studied art at the Liverpool School of Art under John Finnie. Williams was a landscape and coastal painter. He illustrated several works, including Historic Warwick. Williams exhibited at the Royal Cambrian Academy and Walker Art Gallery in Liverpool (1863-1918). Elected A.R.Cam.A in 1906.
