Tinker & Toad has dated this piece to the Victorian era.
Their delightful design and colour will undoubtedly enhance any garden or indoor space when placed in situ. For ease of transportation, the urn and pedestal can be detached at the lowest plinth. Condition wise they have some chips and nibbles commensurate with age but overall are solid and in incredible condition for their age.

The Leeds Fire Clay Company manufactured brick, tiles and buff terracotta architectural terracotta. From 1880 they also made art pottery vases and decorative items for the home. In the late 1880's they merged with other Yorkshire companies to found The Leeds Fireclay Co. Ltd. which was one of the largest in the country.
