A rare 18th century Caughley porcelain leaf shaped pickle dish with moulded leaf veins to the underside and serrated rim. Painted with a single flowerhead and feather edge border, c.1780.
It measures 8.2cm (3 1/4'') long, 8.3cm (3 1/4'') wide and 2.5cm (1'') high.
Condition is excellent: just one small chip to the underside of a tooth of the rim. No repairs or restoration and minimal handling wear.
