This is a superb antique Victorian solid sterling silver and crocodile leather hip flask measuring 5'' (13 cms) tall x 3 1/4'' (7 cms) across with a capacity of 4 fl.oz.
It''s in excellent condition with no chips or cracks to the glass and the crocodile leather is also in great condition with a lovely glow to it (any marks you can see in the photos are just reflections).
The lid and cup have matching hallmarks for Sheffield 1898 with the silversmiths mark for James Dixon & Sons.
It''s watertight and perfectly usable today and will come in a gift box with a certificate of authenticity.
