The globular shaped body incised with starburst and hobnail cut patterns. The hinged silver lid embossed with butterflies amongst flowers. The neck fitted with the original clear glass stopper. The inner lid gild and the base star-cut.

SSD over Ed for Drew & Sons (partially rubbed but legible)
Impressed with the Drew & Sons retailers' marks on the neck
London Assay Mark.
Lion Passant.
Date letter "U" for 1895.

Maximum diameter: 13cm / 5.2 inches.
Condition:
Good.
Glass in vey good condition.
Silver circular reserve with minor dings.
Neck in good condition.
Strong hinge.
Marks partially rubbed but identifiable.
