A best quality single wardrobe as to be expected by the designer Betty Joel. Attractive marquetry detailing to the door front with a double locking mechanism and a cedar interior to prevent moths.

Betty Joel designed furniture, textiles and interiors, and had shops in Sloane Square and Knightsbridge. The Studio Magazine featured her work between 1927 and 1937. Today the quality and design of her pieces are highly regarded.

All our furniture is professionally polished and restored where necessary. Our restorer has over 40 years of furniture restoration experience including 15 years living at Windsor Castle whilst working for the Royal household, so comes highly recommended! This wardrobe in showroom condition.
