It is made from solid high grade silver (tested) and is beautifully decorated with niello work which is a combination of hand engraved decoration filled with black enamel which when polished leaves a silver silhouetted design. The top has an intricate and detailed landscape view of a city or town with temples, buildings and trees set behind a lake or river.
