Lincoln Restorations has dated this piece to the Edwardian era.
A charming table perfect for plants.

This table has a solid Mahogany, shaped and moulded octagonal top complete with Ebony and Boxwood inlays with cross-banded Satinwood to the perimeter and a centre fan inlay. The lovely top sits a lower frieze to 4 simple cabriole style legs with fretwork stretchers which raise the lower shelf which mimics the top in both its shape and the centre fan inlay. This lower shelf is ideal for placing plants or ornaments on.

There is no movement or play in any of the joints as the table is being normally used, the top is flat with no bowing or twisting.
This lovely table is in great original condition with its original rich Mahogany colour with patina and French polished finish which we have just enhanced by sympathetically restoring and waxing.

Please note this item is in beautiful condition for its age as shown in the photographs below however being an antique item it does have the odd bump and dent here and there. However, we feel that these points are which adds charm and character to a piece.

Please note, items placed on or around this item are not included in sale, sale is for the table only.
