The object is decorated with pastoral scenes, flowers and vegetal ornamentation. The shape of the vase is in the oriental style.
Massive and very professionally made vase.

The gallant and romantic characters and decorative panels of flowers are recognisable from Helena Wolfson. The Helena Wolfson factory existed for a short time (1879-1883), so the products of this manufactory are rare. At the factory near Dresden the porcelain itself was not produced, all blanks were supplied directly from different, most famous manufactories.

In the factory, the blanks were painted, glazed and fired. Helena Wolfson specialised in Rococo porcelain painting. For a time the factory used the initials AR in its branding, but in 1883, as a result of a court case, the use of these letters was banned. The Helena Wolfsohn manufactory was one of the best continuers and preservers of the tradition of fine German porcelain.
