In particular I like the burnt orange shades and the greens. The central anchor medallion is glorious and is surrounded by a slightly angular drawing of arabesques and spandrels. The main border is equally beautiful and complements the field well. This is a very decorative furnishing piece which is enhanced by the changes of colour or abrashes that run through the design. It is thin and fine, and is really a work of textile art. Generally good condition, professionally cleaned.
