Antique Carved Walnut and red walnut Ecclesiastical Chair of Gothic Form and dating from around 1920. Constructed from quality walnut it has a heavily carved backrest with down swept carved armrests leading to Mask hand rests. It has a solid plank seat and It is raised on cross frame heavily carved legs which are scrolled with acanthus leaf and mask figure head to the centre and with turned supports. The chair comes with a chenille cushion which is. It original to the chair.

MEASURES : 32” HIGH X 22” DEEP X 23” DEEP & 15.5” SEAT HEIGHT

With a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
