A 19th.century mahogany and inlaid chess table. The octagonal shaped top having satinwood cross banding with an inlaid chess board of boxwood and walnut. The tapering mahogany column having applied mouldings and joining a triform base with shaped feet. Condition- very good with 1 blemish to the edge of the top associated with age & use. Dimensions:- Height…27.75’’/ 70.5cm. Diameter…21’’/ 53.5cm. Delivery by furniture carrier to most of U.K. mainland £38.
