A Handsome Edwardian Silver Mounted Match Striker

1900 - 1920
Description

A handsome and small silver mounted match striker, dating from the beginning of the Edwardian era. The glass body is globe shaped and ribbed for striking. A hallmarked silver collar surrounds the match reservoir to the centre. A good collector's item. Dimensions below.

Postage and packing :- UK £8.00.

Europe £16.00.

Outside Europe £22.00.

Condition :- Very good with no cracks or chips to the glass body. The silver collar has one small blemish, commensurate with age and use.

Hallmarks :- Clear and readable.

Date :- Birmingham 1901.

Maker :- Hart & Sons
