Mytton Antiques - Jerrard Nares has dated this piece to the 18th Century.
With an ochre banded rim, surrounding a waved banding, enclosing outward facing flowers and foliage. The concave inner edge of the rim with lattice panels, between scrolled borders, surround the centre painted with an Oriental scene of a pagoda temple and a tea house, on the banks of a lake, surrounded by extravagant trees, over which a flock of geese pass. The rear of the charger with a recessed foot rim.
Date circa 1730.
