A Rare Gillows Games Table

Description

A rare Gillows games table. Raised on turned and reeded legs with original brass castors and a single frieze drawer with polished mahogany linings and "Gillows Lancaster" impressed on the top of drawer front. The top swivels and opens to reveal an oval green baize playing surface. The table is of the typically high quality and craftsmanship of Gillows and is in very good and original condition with a lovely rich colour.. 750mm high, 570mm wide and 380mm deep. English. Circa 1830.
