Antique Wood Head Shaped Wig Hat Block.

Description

This antique wooden head shaped hat / wig block which dates from the late 19th / early 20th century would have originally been used to make and shape hats or wigs.

This beautiful hat block is a wonderful dark brown colour and has accumulated lots of wear over the years leaving a stunning patina.

This wonderful decorative display piece would be ideal for displaying hats, wigs and other headwear.

Dimensions: Circumference at widest point: 54 cm (21 1/4"). Height: 23 cm (9").

Weight: 2254 g.

Condition: Wonderful decorative antique condition with signs of use in keeping with age. The usual pin holes, splits, cracks and lots of age related wear leaving a wonderful patina and look. No woodworm.

Please note that only the hat block is included and any other items in the pictures are for display only.
