Tellus Pocket Watch 'Uot'

1900 - 1920
Description

A Tellus pocket watch with original box. A nickel case with hinged back and snap on bezel. The case back has intricate engraving with a geometric design, along with a coin edge finish to the case sides. A two tone dial with an intricate design to the centre and raised outer track. Applied gilt Arabic numerals and backed by blue 24 hour markers.

A high quality 15 jewel mechanism with damscened finish of a 3/4 plate type. The dial and mechanism are signed 'UOT', Uhren Ohne Tadel which is a direct translation to Watch without fault. Circa 1928. This watch comes with its period box.

Case width 50mm
