A fine pair of Scottish antique George III sterling silver wine coasters which are circular in shape with attractive leaf decoration on a plain background, simple bead detailing around the top border and resting on a flat base. These wonderful Scottish silver coasters would look decorative on the table and would be perfect to use. The condition is excellent although the date letter on one coaster is slightly rubbed.
Height: 4.6 cms (1.8'')
Diameter: 14.3 cms (5.6'')
They were hallmarked in Edinburgh for 1800 by William & Patrick Cunningham.
