Description

A Pair of Large Silver Candlesticks.

Each with a lift out scallop and reeded rim drip pan. Fitting within the vase shaped fluted Adam form candle holders. The vases falling to scallop and reeded edge rims, as per the drip pans, the vases standing on conforming fluted stems, tapering downward and inward to a reeded and concave socle. The bases sweeping in a concave profile, with raised flat reeds sperading to a stepped reeded edge and plinth edge.

Hallmarked for Hawksworth Eyre, Sheffield 1912.
