Mytton Antiques - Jerrard Nares has dated this piece to the 18th Century.
Each with a hexagonal lift out drip pan, curving inward, to fit within the candle holder, decorated as a rising leaf and foliate cornucopia, held aloft by a pair of cherubs, seated on downward and outward spreading fluted fans falling to the rounded 'triangular' bases, decorated to each corner with an upturned shell.
Date circa 1770.
