Description

A rare silver stamp wetter and seal. The seal on the end has a coronet for an Earl or Countess. The item was made in Birmingham in 1898 by Grey & Co and retailed by J C Vickery Regent Street, London. The beautifully detailed screw unscrews to allow the wetter to be filled with water. In great condition. Good clear marks registered mark 221675.
