Description

An impressive large late 19th century mahogany chest of drawers with three useful smaller drawers over two short and two long graduated drawers all raised on bracket feet.

The drawers feature brass ring handles and are flanked by attractive reeded columns with inlaid details to the top. Three of the original bone escutcheons (very clearly bone) are present while the bottom drawer escutcheon is a later replacement.

Very good condition, all structurally sound with only some relatively light aged wear and some good colour. The drawers all run smoothly and the piece is clean and ready for the home.
