A fabulous find, these figural wooden snuff boxes are always highly sought-after but to find one in such an endearing form is exceptional.

This one is beautifully carved in the form of a lion laying down with his grand mane and his tail up on his back, really enchanting with his tiny glass eyes.

The opening to the snuff is on his back and once opened the the interior can be seen lined in Tortoise Shell.

Tactile, charming and an heirloom collectible in excellent condition, measuring 4" long x 2 1/2" tall.
