A beautiful ova sterling silver ring box with all-over repousse decoration with a vacant cartouche in the centre of the domed lid.

The lid fits well and when opened reveals a fitted interior in emerald green velvet to accommodate two rings.

Hallmarked for Birmingham 1896, a true Victorian example together with the makers initials D & F for the renowned silversmith's Deakin & Francis.

Excellent condition measuring 3" x 1 1/4" x 7/8" tall.
