Late C19th Italian Renaissance revival walnut , fruitwood ,ebony and bone-inlaid table casket.
The rectangular casket having a sloping profile hinged lid with a flat top. The walnut and ebony body inlaid and mounted with pen-work engraved bone panels depicting allegorical figural scenes , cornucopia and stars . Fitted with a steel lock-plate and hasp , the ends fitted with steel carrying handles . The casket raised on turned compressed bun feet.
In excellent original condition with no damage , losses or repairs .
