A Gorgeous Silver & Amethyst Brooch

1900 - 1920
Description

A gorgeous silver brooch, set with three Amethyst paste stones. This stylish, handcrafted piece has wonderful sinuous lines, with three graduated crescents mounted to a wirework stem. The Amethysts represent flowers of a climbing plant, with its tendrils entwined along the stem. The brooch is secured via a strong pin and 'C' clasp. A stylish and good sized piece. Dimensions below.
