Oak Dresser 17th Century

Status: Reserved
Seller: Michael Johnson Antiques
A rare and remarkable late 17th century oak dresser in a lovely, aged condition. An early piece dating to the turn of the 17th Century c.1690. It’s a heavy duty and constructed very well example with solid dovetailed drawers. It had brass pear drop handles matching to each drawer. Whats rare and makes this dresser stand out is the unusual barely twist legs and front stretcher. The overall condition is good with nice aged patina for its age giving immense character. A beautiful example stretching around 170cm wide.
