This is an antique cloisonné lamp. A Japanese, bronze urn with light conversion, dating to the Victorian period and later, circa 1850.

Delightfully decorative lamp with a fine conversion

Displaying a desirable aged patina and in good order

Lightly aged bronze body hosts bands of colourful cloisonné

Ground accentuated with a profuse relief swirl pattern and animal head masks

Converted during the Art Deco period with a small bayonet bulb mount
