Constructed from quality satinwood the headboard has an ebonised moulded top rail above a cross banded frieze and large satinwood panel. It has large side supports with ebonised panels and leading to a shaped side support beautifully decorated with scrolled ebonised mouldings. The footboard is the same and the deep side panels with ebonised moulded panels with carved patera decoration.
