The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1920s.
Antique 9ct gold Waltham wrist watch, 1921.
The watch has a 7 jewel grade 361 hand-winding movement which is working nicely.

The watch measures 35mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the fixed wire lugs. The case is 9 carat gold and there are hallmarks inside the case back for Birmingham 1921, with a case maker’s mark for the English watch case maker Aaron Dennison… Dennisons manufactured most of the cases for Waltham UK. This is a good heavy case with screw on bezel and case back. The case is in lovely condition and free from any inscriptions.

The lens has a little nibbling on the bevelled edge but otherwise looks good.
The signed dial is in good condition. The hands and numbers would originally have had luminous detail but this has been removed over the years.
The watch has a vintage brown leather strap. A new leather strap can be fitted if preferred.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
